
一、个人简介
陈杰博,男,理学博士,高级实验师,硕士生导师,国家甘蔗工程技术研究中心副产品高值化加工研发室主任。主要从事甘蔗及副产品的高值化加工、农产品多糖的结构及对皮肤健康功效研究。主持参与多项国家自然科学基金面上项目和省市项目及横向课题,发表论文20余篇,授权发明专利6项,转化2项。
